We make all possible efforts to guarantee that you are satisfied with our products and services. Before delivery, all products must pass quality inspections and be cross-checked. However, in some situations, you must return or replace the merchandise; details must be addressed. All of our items are created to order, in case of returns for replacement or refund, you will be responsible for a return shipping fee.
Return or Replacement Method
In the event of a return for replacement or refund, shipping charges will be applied.
Returns or replacements are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling expenses associated with returns or replacements.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached and in pristine, unused condition.
Only defective items are eligible for return or replacement.
Prior to initiating a return or replacement, photographs of the defects must be submitted in 2 days.
How to initiate a Return/ReplacementÂ
To request a return or replacement, please seek approval by contacting us.
Provide your name, order number and email used for the purchase. For defective items, include photographs showcasing the issues.
Our sales representative will respond within 48 working hours to assist you further.
Upon approval, we will provide the return address. For your security, we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
Non Refundable Items
Products sold during sales or discounted periods are non-refundable, except in the case of defects.
Made-to-measure and fully customized leathers cannot be refunded or replaced.
Worn or altered items are not eligible for return or replacement.
Orders comprising more than two products simultaneously are not eligible for return or replacement to discourage resale or trial-and-return practices.
Trusted Refund ProcessÂ
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days upon receipt of the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used (PayPal or Stripe).
Note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
